Telehealth Counseling for Caregivers​

Share the Care engages a team of qualified and compassionate therapists. We offer one-hour virtual individual counseling sessions on a weekly basis. Counseling is tailored to your specific caregiving needs and may address caregiver fatigue, grief and loss, stress management, depression, anxiety, adapting to change, trauma, transitions and more. Develop new insights, learn new skills, find acceptance, and receive the joy you deserve. 

Counseling is available in the following Languages:

  • Vietnamese

Caregiver Support Group

Connect with other caregivers who are on a similar journey. Share the Care offers group programs for caregivers to come together to support and encourage each other. Programs are open to current, past, and even future caregivers. We like to say, “once you join the Share the Care Family, we are with you for life”! 

Monthly Caregiver Support Group

Our caregiver support group meets the second Friday of each month, from 1:30-3:00 pm. The group is open to all caregivers and is not disease or condition-specific. This group is a hybrid in-person and virtual group. If you would like to attend in person, you are required to have your Covid vaccine.

Caregiver Connection: A Group Webinar Series for Caregivers

Break the isolation by becoming a part of this on-going open virtual community from the comfort of your own home. Share the Care offers Free weekly topic based educational support groups facilitated by a qualified therapist most days of the week. Sessions are interactive, informative, skill building, practice oriented and always compassionate towards caregiver’s personal caregiving situations.

To participate, just click on the zoom link each day for the webinar you would like to join. RSVPs are not required. Sessions are free for everyone.

Caregiver Forum

Fall 2024

The Caregiver Forum provides family caregivers three days and two nights to focus on THEIR well-being. This event teaches caregivers tips and techniques to manage stress, and improve overall physical, mental, and spiritual health. Attendees stay in a wonderful hotel, eat great food, and have plenty of time to meet and mingle with other caregivers going through similar situations. Overnight respite for the person for whom you care and scholarships may be available based on eligibility.

About Me

Dale Price

MSW, LCSW, EMDR Certified

Dale Price is the Chief Clinical Officer of Behavioral Health at Share the Care Inc. These essential caregiver services concentrate on the intersection of aging related health conditions and disabilities with the overall effect on caregiver mental health. Dale served as the Senior Clinical Director of Outpatient Mental Health & Substance Abuse Counseling Services at Aspire Health Partners Inc. 13 years prior. Dale is a visionary with over 30 years of leadership experience in the field. She is a clinical trauma specialist certified in EMDR therapy. Dale led teams of clinicians under FEMA’s crisis counseling program during critical events in Orlando that resulted in loss of life and long-term community trauma.

Dale is an experienced clinical operations administrator covering private and public sector organizations in New York & Florida.  She spearheaded the integration of Senior Primary Care and Behavioral Health at the Whitney M. Young Jr. Health Center, FQHC. Dale partnered with NYS Commission on Aging to address health disparities, equity & inclusion securing multi-year community investment funding. Ms. Price has served on multiple advisory committees including NYS University at Albany School of Social Welfare “Aging Communities Project”, UCF School of Social Work Field Placement, the Board of Director of Community Health Centers  in FL and the National Association of Community Health Centers.
